This small automatic gummy depositor use Servo Driven control depositing process, use PLC and touch screen to control depositing weight accurately. The small depositor includes online color and flavor mixer, oil sprayer, mould transfer chain, cooling tunnel, automatic demolder, products conveyor. Standard depositor has two hoppers for production of single color, double color, center filled gummy. Using with cooking equipment, this gummy depositor can be applied for production of gelatin, pectin or carrageenan based gummy. This small depositor is very convinient to produce different shapes gummy by changing mould. The whole machine parts touching food made of stainless steel 304. Stainless steel 316 can be Custom made according to requirement.
